Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our platform, creative hosting, campaign management, and publisher services.

Platform & Getting Started

What is Veraj Media?

Veraj Media is an integrated creative hosting and ad network platform. We provide the infrastructure to host, serve, and manage digital advertising creatives alongside a network of publisher inventory for campaign delivery. The platform is designed for advertisers who want hosting and distribution under one roof.

Who is the platform built for?

Veraj Media serves both advertisers and publishers. Advertisers use the platform to host creatives, launch campaigns, and access reporting. Publishers join the network to monetize their inventory with quality demand. The platform is suited for teams of any size, from independent publishers to large agency trading desks.

How do I get started with Veraj Media?

You can get started by requesting access through our contact form. Once your account is set up, you can upload creatives, configure campaigns, and begin serving ads through the platform. Our onboarding process walks you through account setup, creative upload, and initial campaign configuration.

What ad formats does the platform support?

We support standard display banners, HTML5 rich media, video pre-roll and outstream units, native ad placements, and expandable creatives. All standard IAB sizes are supported, and custom dimensions can be configured for specific publisher placements.

Creative Hosting

How does creative hosting work?

When you upload a creative to Veraj Media, it is stored and distributed across our CDN edge network. When an ad impression is served, the creative assets are delivered from the nearest edge node to the end user. This reduces latency and ensures fast load times regardless of the viewer's geographic location.

What file types can I upload?

The platform accepts common image formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), HTML5 bundles (packaged as ZIP archives), and video files (MP4, WebM). For HTML5 creatives, the bundle should include all necessary assets — scripts, stylesheets, and images — within the archive.

Are there creative weight limits?

Yes, we enforce creative weight limits to protect page performance for publishers and end users. Limits vary by format — display creatives have different thresholds than video or rich media. Specific limits are documented in the platform dashboard when you upload a new creative.

Can I update a live creative without pausing the campaign?

Yes. You can upload a new version of a creative and it will be propagated across the CDN automatically. The updated assets replace the previous version without requiring you to stop or reconfigure the associated campaign. CDN cache invalidation is handled by the platform.

Campaign Management

How do I set up a new campaign?

Campaigns are created in the platform dashboard. You select your creatives, define targeting parameters, set a budget and schedule, and activate the campaign. The platform handles ad serving, pacing, and delivery optimization once the campaign is live.

What targeting options are available?

The platform supports geographic targeting (country, region, city), device type targeting (desktop, mobile, tablet), operating system and browser targeting, and contextual category targeting based on publisher content classification. You can combine multiple targeting parameters within a single campaign.

How does campaign reporting work?

Reporting is available in the platform dashboard with breakdowns by creative, placement, geography, device, and time period. Reports can be viewed in the interface or exported for offline analysis. Data is refreshed throughout the day so you can monitor active campaigns in near real time.

Can I control how often a user sees my ad?

Yes, frequency capping is configurable at the campaign level. You can set limits on how many times a single user sees your creative within a given time window — for example, a maximum number of impressions per user per day. This helps manage ad fatigue and improve campaign efficiency.

Publishers

How do I join the Veraj Media publisher network?

Publishers can apply to join the network through the contact form on our website. We review each application to ensure inventory quality and content standards are met. Once approved, you receive ad tags to place on your site and can start monetizing traffic immediately.

What controls do publishers have over ad quality?

Publishers can block specific advertiser categories, set creative weight limits for their placements, and review the types of ads appearing on their sites. The platform also applies baseline creative quality checks before any ad is eligible to serve, filtering out non-compliant or malformed creatives.

How are publisher payments handled?

Payments are issued on a regular schedule based on verified delivered impressions. Detailed earnings reports are available in the publisher dashboard, broken down by ad zone, date, and format. Payment terms and thresholds are outlined in the publisher agreement provided during onboarding.

Security & Compliance

How does Veraj Media handle brand safety?

We provide category-level controls that let advertisers define which content categories they want to avoid. Publisher inventory is classified using content analysis, and ads are only served on pages that meet the advertiser's brand safety criteria. Reporting includes placement-level transparency so you can verify where your ads appeared.

What data does the platform collect?

The platform collects standard ad serving data — impression events, click events, device and browser metadata, and geographic information at the regional level. This data is used for delivery, reporting, and frequency management. We do not sell or share this data with third parties outside of the direct advertiser-publisher relationship.

Is the platform API available for integrations?

Yes, we offer a RESTful API for managing creatives, campaigns, analytics, and ad zones programmatically. The API uses token-based authentication and returns JSON responses. Full documentation is available on our API Docs page.
